Celebrating the Impact of Our Members: Party Kit Network Awards 2026

Every year we ask our members how often their kits went out and how many single-use items they kept out of the bin. This year's audit results are in. Our Member Awards are our way of thanking the people behind those numbers.

Between August 2025 and July 2026, more than 155 party kits sent us their figures. Their kits went out over 2,000 times, and between them they avoided 268,252 single-use plates, cups, bowls and cutlery. That takes the network's total since 2020 past 1.6 million.

The network also keeps growing. Kits in nine countries took part this year, and our members are as far apart as Glasgow and Canberra. More than 30 of the kits that took part joined us in the last 12 months, so this was their first audit.

Every kit in the network is making an impact. Each time a family borrows plates and cups instead of buying disposables, less rubbish ends up in landfill and fewer new products have to be made. With hundreds of kits lending every weekend, that soon adds up. It is community action everyone should be very proud of.

This year's highlights

• Many Happy Returns Jersey logged the highest total in the network for the second year in a row.

• Six kits have now won a Super Star award three years running: Darebin Party Kits, Dolphinholme Party Kit, Elwood Kitchen Library, Erin's Party Kit, Frome Eco Party Kit and Shareshed Bassendean.

• Share Shed is a mobile library of things that tours towns across South Devon. It only joined us in March, and it has already logged 3,996 items, the most of any new kit this year.

Thank you to every member who filled in the audit this year. If you're planning a party, you can find your nearest kit on our map. And if there isn't one near you yet, our Get Started guide shows you how to set one up.
