The BIG Count

Welcome to the 2022 Audit for all registered Party Kit Network members.

Last year we logged 115,406 single-use items avoided through the hire of our party kits.

We can't wait to see what this year's total will be!

Calculate your impact

This is the total number of reusable tableware items lent between 1st August 2021 and 31st July 2022. The 6 reusable items we count are: plates, cups, bowls, knives, forks and spoons.

For example: a party kit for 30 people with the above tableware would equal a total of 180 items. If you lent this kit out 20 times, your total for the year would be an incredible 3,600.

If you are completing this before 31st July, please make a best guess for the remainder of the year.

If you haven't recorded this information, this can be an estimated number. For example take the total number of hires and multiple by 100 (the average kit size); so 30 hires would be 3,000 items.

Help! If you need help drop Isabel a message or chat.

The audit needs to be completed by Monday 15th August 2022.

How we use the information collected:

1. The audit helps us ensure that potential hirers get the best possible experience when looking for a party kit. Accurate listings and timely responses to enquiries help us achieve that.

2. We measure the social impact of the network using the total number of single-use items avoided through the hire of member party kits. Your own number of single-use items is added to the total for the network which is then shared publicly, including in our Annual Report (Read last year's Annual Report)

3. We take your feedback into consideration when planning the future of the network.
